The New York Times’ new strategy

New YorkTimes.com article New Year’s Eve is a magical time in many ways.

For many, the New Year begins with a glass of champagne and a glass or two of wine.

For others, it begins with watching the fireworks.

For a select group of people, the night comes with an enormous responsibility.

In these moments, they are forced to choose: Do they let their guard down and let the world know that they are in charge?

Or do they hold back, knowing that their actions are being monitored?

The New Year comes to an end, but it is also an opportunity for us to learn more about how we are being watched, and what we can do to protect ourselves.

The New Yorkers of last year’s year know better than most that they have the ability to make their own decisions and their own choices.

They know that when they have choices, they should choose wisely.

They also know that this year, they have to make the most of the moment.

For the first time in their lives, the city is starting to open up its parks and streets to pedestrians, cyclists, runners, and other people.

These new rules will have profound effects on New Yorkers who work at the restaurants, hotels, and retailers of the city, the small businesses that make New York home, and the people who are living and working in the city.

To begin, we have to understand the changes that are happening around us.

The city has long had a reputation for having an aggressive policy toward crime.

In the 1970s and ’80s, the NYPD’s strategy of aggressively policing and targeting black and Hispanic communities and then labeling them as drug dealers and drug users, was an effective way to break the back of crime.

As New Yorkers continue to grapple with the changes in the year to come, it’s important to remember that the NYPD has a history of policing aggressively.

In its early years, the department focused primarily on drug and gang crimes.

However, as the number of drugs and gangs in the New York City population increased, the force began to focus on a more proactive approach, which resulted in more arrests and more resources for police.

The strategy was called Operation Bullpens.

It focused on targeting people who were seen as being involved in criminal activity and using the NYPD to identify and arrest people who committed those crimes.

This was a huge improvement in terms of police enforcement, and it led to a decrease in crime.

However and as time went on, the strategy was questioned and changed.

Today, New York is a much more diverse city than it was in the 1970’s and 1980’s.

People of color are a growing share of the population, and there are more opportunities for people of color to live and work in New York than there were in the ’70s and early ’80’s.

The police are now better equipped to handle the new people and new challenges in the community, and they have a greater ability to understand how to use the resources that are available.

In this context, the policies that have been put in place in the wake of the riots in 2014 have created a new environment in which people are being less careful.

We’re seeing more and more people breaking the law.

This is happening not only in New Orleans, but also in other parts of the country.

In many ways, the new policies and the media attention that the new year brings to the police force, has created a more dangerous situation for New Yorkers.

New Yorkers have a choice.

Do they allow themselves to be watched, or do they take steps to protect themselves?

This question is a tough one for New York’s police department, but its hard to avoid the conclusion that the officers are being forced to be more aggressive.

In a new report on New York policing, the police union found that officers were being pulled over at twice the rate of the average citizen.

There are now three times as many traffic stops as the year before.

Police are now being forced into more dangerous situations because of the new policing environment.

The new policies that are being put in force this year and next will have lasting effects on the policing of New York.

New York will be a safer city if we learn from its mistakes.

We need to be careful not to repeat them.

This will require us to be open about the fact that New York has had a very difficult year.

However long the New Yorkers last year, this year’s New Year will be remembered for the way it has been a time of mourning.

And it will be one of the most difficult years in our city’s history.

The first week of January, the entire city is closed down.

The NYPD says that New Year celebrations will take place on January 1.

The following day, New Yorkers will have to go through the New Orleans Carnival on New Year`s Day. New Years Eve celebrations will be limited to the city’s parks, and some of the festivities will be held in the neighborhoods surrounding the city`s convention center.
